S/he's blaming everyone else for their mistakes, and they're saying that s/he can just leave before anyone else notices, even though everyone but the person in mention knows all about what's really going down. He has the attention he wants, so here's his chance to make the big scene in front of everyone that he's been making behind the scenes all along. No one is gonna take it anymore, this time is the last time. They WANT to lose him, and no one knows why he's there in the first place.
