To me, this song is about somebody who leaves another person.("Don't know when
I will leave you again") The person who is left behind feels great heartache; they obviously feel incredibly lost without the other person. However, the person who leaves feels they are draging down the other person("Grab a reason And I'm dragging you down"). The Story climaxes when the person who leaves comes back, apparantly to cheer the other person up. However, when he goes to see this person, they've commited suicide ("Shot in the head I can see"). The person feels great disbelief ("I can see it But I can't feel it"). Even though their incredibly dreary, I like the lyrics to this song, it tells a story in a few short lines and combined with the equally dreary soundscape behind it, is a pretty powerful statement.
