This is guilt built up from not spending enought time building up logic and creativity. Left Lobe, Right Lobe. So therefore, they feel stupid in everyway. (Not always true.)

Not anemic he always complained he had suvere(sorry can't spell it) stomach pain. He said that was the reason he used Heroin but it was probably an excuse...So that may be the interpretation.
