This song is pretty straight forward really. Not much needed to be said. Though, I believe Dan says
"our tax dollars are going to support a war that I and most of America don't want yet I can't even afford decent health care for my family...hmm.."
..all in about 3 seconds. It might be Jay saying it though..I don't know, it sounds more like Dan to me. In any case, that's what is said as far as I can make out after several extremely loud repeated listens to that spoken excerpt of the song. Just thought I'd add this since I hadn't seen it posted on any other site, and of all sites that should have all the lyrics and the <i>right</i> lyrics, this site should be it.
