This is my favorite song of all time. It's definitely about being responsible for your own mistakes, and how life is all about how you make it, not just what happens to you. It's also about venting your anger, I think (throw out, blow up, hold in...) and how if you don't vent somehow (by writing lyrics maybe??) you'll go crazy. Or at least thats how I operate. LOL
