im not quite sure, but i think this may have been about contemplating suicide. it was performed in new york 09/28/91 (thnx 4xeno) which was just b4 nirvana got big. he was really depressed then, and drugs were really screwin him up. gettin big pulled him outta that vicious circle, for a little while.
