I agree, i think the song speaks alot about his style of writing which is "on the roof of my mouth" and the fact that at that point in his songwriting, he was having a writers block. He is trying to channel his emotions into words through either "dancing in the bathroom stalls" or "kicking in these windows one by one" and the fact that overall, he doesnt want "paper bags hiding infantile music"
