There are obviously many typos in these lyrics, so before i start, i'd like to say that where it says "rand in the sink" i think it's supposed to be "red in the sink." Red being a synonym for blood. As BD007h said, it's about a friend wanting to commit suicide and this guy is trying to stop her (at least I think it's a her). He's recalling memories to make her change her mind and when he says "You know we don't want you to go" he's backing up his argument by telling her that he's not the only one who wants her to live. And when he says "Remember the place that you make sure you wake*And help save your generation" he's telling her what she has to look forward to (kids and stuff). Great song! I always keep this on REPEAT on my iPod.
