If I recall Saetia didn't like Becoming the Truth much (this theory is based on the statements on their site such as 'anyone requesting Becoming the Truth will be shot'), and as for the other 2 missing lyrics, it might be because it was too personal, someone elses work, or they just didn't like it much, but I could be wrong.
