I agree with you Shmac215, but I think part of it is about bottling up your emotions and "not going to the doctor to find out about it." So feeling shitty about something but not bothering with it or acting on it and staying on the "frozen lake" until your "mouth turns to dust" because you're not talking about it to solve the problem.
