I think that, since it's on the whole Rock Against Bush album, it's probably about a war such as vietnam or the cold war, but is using it as an obvious allegory for our modern situation. And, being a more emotionally driven band than a politically driven one, they're trying to take it from a more personal standpoint than a political one.
