A very wicked song. One of the Ramones's best songs. Rooney does a really good tribute of it on the tribute album. I think it's about breaking up with a girl because you can't handle the relationship anymore and things will be better off when the two of you are split up but part of you still wants to keep pursuing the relationship and part of you still likes her.
