I love this song a lot, but have any of you considered the title of it? 'Poprocks' is a nickname for Ecstasy and 'Coke' is short for cocaine. I prefer to think of it as being nimrod3277's definition, because it's a nice one, but I think the actual meaning is that it's about a person who can count on nothing except drugs which is the only stable point in their life, and drugs are always around for this person in times of need, much like a good friend.
