OAR is from the town next to mine..Rockville Maryland. Black Rock is a road named after a mill about 5 minutes away from this area. It is a really chill place that is part of a state park. There is a black rock somewhere apparently and you can see it if you watch "the blair witch project" which was filmed there. Me and my buddies go there all the time to chill. The song is awesome. its just about getting away from things and relaxing
