definitely one of my favorite HIPV songs... and it's so good, i don't know why no one ever posted the lyrics.
i'd have to say that this song is about him kinda living his life since heartach or something along those lines. he's learning to live for himself and not dwell on someone else ("foundations fall that were once built strong around you"). it's strange though, it seems he completely changes the song at the end, begging her not to go 'cuz he can't go on without her in his life (i'm just assuming it has to do with a girl).
