Ok, I seriously think Fiona would be disgusted if she saw some of these shallow comments. I'm pretty damn sure the song is about her having a track record of hurting men, deliberately? who knows... but this one has gotten in somehow. She's frightened of that, and even more frightened that she'll hurt him and every guy she tries to date. She's warning him to try and scare him away so she can have the cold comfort of knowing she tried to prevent it. She's just describing what kind of person she is and can be.
