I don't think this song is about anything. If you watch the e-mail where Strong Bad sings the song, he's just going on and on about the mysterious sender who he thinks is fhgwhgads...besides.. I donno, this is just me, but I don't think any homestarrunner songs have deeper meanings ^^ you have to take them at face value.
