THe lyrics in this song seem rather random for someone like Daryl, but it suits well considering that the emotions conveyed through the song are those resulting from frustration. "I chew the thorn for sticking it too long" may mean that Daryl may be looked down upon by some because he's been in a band for so long and isnt a rich rock star. "Sometimes I get pissed when my blow goes like a quickie in the snow" strikes me as a sarcastic remark regarding the whole "sex, drugs and rock'n roll" thing. Awesome song though. He really shows off his vocal capabilities.
