Anyways, to keep things short, I think this is about some one (most likely a man, but it could go either way) talking about how his only real need is to satisfy his uncomtrolable lust. He doesn't really want some one to connect with emotionally, just a person that'll satisfy his sexual cravings. He'll do anything to temporarily get with them, including lie, deceive, and pretend. As for the changes in the tone (like when he gets to the "mine" parts) he seems temporarily possessive of this person that he believes he's fooled and conquered. Maybe releasing some pent up aggression now that he's got what he wanted and doesn't have to play along with the bullshit act of his anymore, too...

oh, someone had said that 'i am what i am after' is related to drug, but why isn't it about sex?? are you the some person before sex and after sex? do you 'smile', after getting what you need, if you don't like the person you had sex with?
