I don't believe it personaly, but the third or fourth time I listened to it I got that idea myself. Long before I came here.

BUT I never serisouly thought it. And besides, look at the Trigger EP: would a racist cover "Land of Confusion"?! Doubtful. :P
However, maybe they did write it from a racist's point of view... I'm suprised no-one's thought of that yet. It's not all that uncommon when songwriters do that, that is personify that which they dissagree with.
I can't really think of any examples, unless you count NIN's "Mr. Self Destruct", which kinda works... But I'm sure you get the idea nonetheless.
