Personally I think the song is about relationship stuff. Sounds like his girlfriend lied to him about something, and now he can't belive anything she says anymore. And since he left her, now shes going to know how it is to be alone. He's also saying since she did what she did, he just doesn't want anything to do or be near her. That's my two cents!
