what an incredibly sad song... the music that goes along with it peps it up, but the lyrics are just devastating... (heh heh, sounds lame, huh? ;)) So here's the deal: this guy was going out with this girl & they've broken up & he's tried to forget her. But, he feels like he's not only lost his girl ...he's also lost his friend. -- I love it when he says "you're the text inside my book that isn't there anymore" -He is looking back on the past and remembering the good times & he remembers saying things that he regrets... All in all - he feels like nothing without her... but the last line sounds like is going to try to get her back (just as a friend) because ...she completes him.
