I like how ironic the CD title is. Everyone said that YFW was something plain, that they've heard before. This is like a slap in the face to them, it's like "okay, we've progressed, have you already heard THIS??" and naturally, they probably have not.
At any rate, this is probably one of my favorite songs on the album. I think it's about someone who was just waiting for something to happen. She's just standing there, not paying attention to anything, even though it's "midnight in torrential downpour." Suddenly, she realizes that nothing's going to happen, that her head is pretty darn messed up if she's waiting for something, so she just gives up (the whole "take a picture from the wall..." thing).
