Pantera is seen as racists be cause people who don't know better see posters/album covers/shirts/hats/etc with confederate flags on them. Put that with the hardcore, southern, thrash-metal/punk like sound they have, plus the sometimes very harsh lyrics on hard subject matter, people accuse. I see different meaning in this song though, sort of like the supreme badass; move the fuck out of my way before you fucking die, join us or die sort of vibe :D
