it's about malcolm mclaren getting rid of their original bass player (who could actually play bass and write songs) and replacing him with Sid who, despite looking the part was a total loser who couldn't play to save his life. malcolm says he had nothing to do with it, but the rest of the band knew that he'd planned the whole thing, therefore he is the liar
