I agree with both of your opinions, but may i add, that he is specifically bringing up the point of being a Christian that Lives out Loud, that when we live these tough lives and tread difficult paths, but ultimately come out ontop because of Jesus' love and guidance, that we should tell others of His love, to win souls for Him
The song shows, at its end, that so many of us come to a point where we have every reason to share, yet are afriad of others and not trained in the spreading of the word, but we should try in every way to tell others of HIS love, and not just rely on those few great men and women in the evangelist titles
