I've always felt that "I remember the things I did. I know I fucked up, and I wish I was dead" was key information, coinciding real well with "If I'm sorry, does that mean I have to change?" and "I break down and call you 'cause I'm weak" and the whole deep regret of "Nothing to Prove". The perception thing never even occurred to me, in spite of the title Mind's Eye. Christ, I'm dumb sometimes.
