The purple/blue blotchy skin (not pale like a lot of ideas) and the dark brown blood, grey brain tissues over the wall.. Suicide is selfishness, though i understand it completely. And i'm in no way ignorant of the subject. My point is, Marilyn Manson want you to begin to comprehend the want and the need for some people to end their lives. The person in this song I think is Marilyn, or Brian or whatever you want to call him, not a girl, though i can see where you get that idea. He obviously thinks seriously about suicide - a lot of people do - and he wants people to choose between fearing him or understanding him. Either way he's getting what he wants. He's a lyrical genius and a very clever man, but not a role model. Just a theory
