I think it's about lack of motivation. Half the man I used to be refering to himself artisticly... We all hit slumps, and it always feels rotten... dreary... just as he says "All's I gots is time/Got no meaning, just a rhyme".
I think that all the rambling unconnected rhymes are to give a feel of unmotivated crap that he's living with, to sort of put you in his shoes... but that's just my opinion. Take it easy, and to each his own interpretation.
