I think it's basically about hating your friends - therefore HAVING to fakr your smile, and drinking a lot cos you, eh, hate your friends.
Also maybe about having an "elite" group of friends and you can't get out of that situation and you know that although everyones always saying how much they love each other etc you knows it's fake. Also maybe about having friends because of the "scene" you are in and not because they are your real friends.
