Yeah I would agree that it's not really his voice but his phrasing and melody. When I first heard Northstar I didn't like the singing because he doesn't annunciate his words very clearly, but I've grown to absolutely love it. Northstar to me seems to be a little less about the lyrics and more about the ambiance. That's not to say that the lyrics are bad at all - I think this song is absolutely incredible, as well as practically all of their others - but the way their singer finds his melody patterns is phenominal. I see some big things for these guys in the future.
