i make a close female friend and because i'm not attractive and she's always the kind i dig (the kind who need a looker) i never have the confidence to act on my feelings when the time is right, and then long after, i say what i feel but it's hopeless, by that point it's never going to be a relationship (because she knows too much about me). and every time i lose my best friend, and every time i fail to nab the nookie
