Actually, that's the start of Pissing in the Wind (strange, eh?). If you get the Live@Glastonbury CD with "Have You Fed The Fish?", you will see that it is actually the start of Pissing in the Wind, but it has one extra verse added:
"Wasted and wilted like waterless trees,
we're just the branches without any leaves, we are bare..."
