ok, im not very good at lyrics but i think this song is about the united states and all the stupid people in it. the word narco comes from narcotics or drugs or stupidity or whatever and synthesis means to bring together, so narcosynthesis would be the bringing together of idiots. i dunno if im right but if i am then this is one hell of a funny song, "how did it come to this, narcosynthesis..." if i'm wrong then someone please feel free to correct me...
