I see this song as being about someone trying to build worlds of their own... it's God talking to them about what they're trying to do and what they keep trying a failing to do and 'don't you think it's My time anythime soon?' it also has the hope in there as well which is important because it shows that through all the stuff ups we do, God knows what's happening and there is a hope, a light at the end of the tunnel.
