It's a really good song indeed. I think she doesn't feel happy in her relationship (?) to this guy. It sounds like as if she can't stay with him anymore because she realized the way he really thinks and behaves: :"Now that I've found you ; And seen behind those eyes ; How can I Carry on". She now completely understands what he's doing and although she loves him, she can't stand it. she wants to go on and she feels blocked and naked because of him and she doesn't know anymore where she actually belongs and where she can feel save.
