It sorta strikes me as decrying our commercial society... sorta an anti-yuppie thing. If you replace the word "she" with the basic concept of our modern producer/consumerist society, you can get a better understand of what I mean. It's basically saying you're married to your job exobrably. I especially like the refrain:

"Jesus Online" I interpret to be the casual disregard for religion that alot of yuppies have. It's somewhat like that now they have all these material possessions and modern technology (computer car and girl) they feel "invincible", like they don't need a God, they're their own personal God. Don't pidgeonhole me as one of the conservative religious types, longing for the good old days when all you needed was the Chruch to keep the peons in line, this is just how I see the song objectively.
