I agree with ChaosFluro24; but moreover for me it is not necessarily about finding out if she became the person she wants/wanted to be yet. I think it's one of those songs you sing to yourself when you have got a "quiet minute" and lay back and just think about yourself. Like that you do a monologue in a calm athmosphere.
