Delirious? are a Christian Rock band, or, as it is known in certain circles, CCM (Christian Contemp.) First of all, I believe the title is an allusion to God. The only one who has changed two billion people's lives to this very day. Now, I'm not personally biasing toward religion, though being religious myself, I'm prepared to see both sides. For example, I'm sure there are people who listen to Delirious? for the music and not for the message (everyone, for example, who doesn't visit this site). The blurs made clear through today's elitist society (for example, the problem of 5% of America containing 95% of the wealth) is a pecuniary problem that has lasted for many years. Something needs to be done about this, and fast. For ever, man and woman alike have judged themselves and each other. The one true judge is God. So his earthly incarnation, Jesus, taught us, he will come again to judge the living and the dead. And I certainly feel that my character is tested with each and every passing day.
This person, I feel, is looking for a saviour. Away from the ones who are born into who they are, this person is searching for (God's?) strength to find the power to do his work. The arms refer to God's arms, an Earthly God who is willing to accept people into his arms. Reference: Revelation of St John.
