this song is all about how the world looks at us as "aliens." usually, aliens are looked at as foreigners, or as people who dont really belong in an area. i think john chose the analogy as us being aliens rather well. we have to use our 'alien' powers for the good, however, and go and totally throw our society upside-down for Jesus. we have to go like a "chosen generation" for Christ and be the light for him. i like how he adds at the end of the 1st verse "there's no stoppin it all" because with the power of Jesus coming through us to the people, we can go on forever, no sin can stop us because we have the power of God flowing from us.
