hmm, well hands on the bible suggests testifying. Again, I go with the abortion theory. Except it seems like the criticism is not towards the person having the abortion, but towards all those who judge her for it ("god holds you liable for what you're done" has a distinctly sardonic tone)
The idea is generally that if you get pregnant, you have to face some sort of consequence, but society judges you for keeping it and for having an abortion even more. Perhaps the message is: USE PROTECTION!
