I must say I love the bels at the begining, it give the whole song this really creepy childish overtone...and as far as the meaning goes....I really think only Tina Root knows,
However y take on it is that the lyrics are really just a dark twist of a few popular childrens rhymes....or at least that the way it seems to me.
