Im not sure whether this song is about someone who thinks that the world revolves around themselves, unless the lines 'You're a god and I am not' are sarcastic. It seems to be about a relationship in which someone feels inferior. And the other person (the 'god') is treating the bf/ gf as inferior so they get out of the relationship.
