At the moment I can totally relate to this song. I've known this girl called Vicky for 5 years and her ex used to beat the living sh1t out of her (and I don't mean the odd slap here and there...). I have always had a soft spot for her and took her out a couple of times but she always went back to him. About a month ago, I bumped into Vicky and her sister Leanne and things just 'clicked' again. Up until last night, I was seeing Vicky but I never totally knew where I stood with her, she was always a bit standoffish so I just took things as they came. Then, on Saturday night, she was talking to a friend of mine who she had not met before and she said that she was my 'other half' so I though I finally knew where I stood. Last night, things weren't going too well and she said 'I think you want more from me than I can give' - I have no idea what she meant but I didn't like the sound of it... I would have like to thought that it was going to turn into a relationship instead of just a fling... seems she can't offer me that?
