This track, opening with a great vocal intro, combines the two most important things about a Beach Boys song, cars and girls. Later the year of this tracks release, Bob Norberg (who wrote Your Summer Dream with Brian) and neighbourhood friends of his worked under the name "The Survivors. Brian re-worked the track into a much punchier version and gave it to Norberg to release as a track called "Pamela Jean" more punchy than CCC. Capitol released PJ as a single, but it never managed to chart.
