He really loves this girl, the thing is is that she's becoming bad but he can't stop her from changing. She's hurting herself, and him in the process: possibly drugs or some kind of sickness relating to a bad habit, due to the RX (a prescription). But he really loves this girl and can't stop being with her. He would do anything for this girl. He would kill for this girl. And if he has to fall in love with the bad part of her to be with her he's willing to do that. But if he changes himself, then he's gonna become bad himself. And then everyone they both make contact with (a child is used here) will be effected by this negative part of the couple. And then the bad things will just spread. But he still doesn't care.
