Today I took the first step in addressing someone who makes me feel this way.. I have to obtain resolution regarding the feelings I have. I just got off of the phone with him and am supposed to call him back later to see about getting together to discuss things so that I can get the closure I so desperately need. The song started playing in the back of my mind, my stomach is in knots and I'm getting ready to experience the power of goodbye so that I can move forward. It is painful, yet necessary to confront the person, spill your heart out and let it go..... time to move on regardless of how much I'd like to hold on.
