Definitely love this song. Talking about how crazy, fucked up, and emotional things can get at times, but just trying to keep yourself in your right state of mind at the same time. I agree that listening to music draws on my personal experiences and most of the time when I sing along with lyrics im not really thinking exactly what they meant to the artist, but more of what they mean to me.
That's what musicians want anyways, people to relate to them and they like it when they know their music is helping people out through diffucult times.
