To me it sounds like it's about being stuck in a situation you can't handle and that you want to make it better (dying to live) but you see no way out (trapped under ice).
And the part about "No one knows, no one hears what I say " and "screaming, can't hear my call" appears to me as if no one cares for the person anymore, or at least it seems so to that person
