Correct, it's NOT about the guy going gay. It is about masturbation... and from the sound of it is about a guy that's in jail and is looking at a girls picture and masturbates. The "No sex, no drugs, no wine, no women, no fun, no sin, no you, no wonder is dark" part (this is my opinion) is about him being in a jail, he is in a cell so he can't do any of that.
